How and how much to use GARNIER MULTI-LIGHTS?

I have lost the instruction leaflet of the Garnier Multi-Lights Kit 2 after my first use a year ago, and now i don't know how much of the developer milk to use with how much of the lightening powder. i just want to highlight a couple of strands. and i have no idea about the quantity to use.
