In flowering plants, where does fertilization occur?

fertilisation occurs in the ovary of the flower which is situated at the base of the style. The pollen lands on the stigma, a pollen tube grows all the way down the style and connects to the ovary. The nucleus of the pollen falls down the tube and fertilises the egg in the ovary. Hope this helps.
