Is this a healthy/balanced days eating for weightloss...?

Breakfast= porridge made with skimmed milk. Snack= 1 orange. Lunch= (homemade) tuna, sweetcorn,red onion pasta salad. Snack= 1 weightwatchers yoghurt. Dinner= peppered mackerel, bulgar wheat and lots of peas. Snack= 1 40calorie hot chocolate. 200ml skimmed milk. This came to 1200 calories. I had no excersise today , only walking for under 1 hour.
