My 14 month old wakes up screaming?

my son is still waking up at night screaming like he in pain, his stools r green an no matter how much he eats threw the day he still wakes up like he in pain in his belly like its wind, he always has been hard with wind but i thought he would have grown out of it by now, my mum reckons its colic could she be right? please help want a good nights sleep...thanks for reading...
