My 9 month old had the flu for 4 days?

He hasnt thrown up yet this morning, but he's really gy. and he was up every hour of the night, no exaggeration.. which isnt normal for him. any ideas on whats wrong with him now? the doctor doesnt seem to think theres anything he can do
