What is are these in my music file on my phone?

They are files from an sd card you inserted into the phone, it should be safe to delete them. If you didn't insert an sd card, it may either be from the SIM, or data pre loaded on the phone, in any case, it should still be safe to delete them. The file might reappear though if you insert another SD card though...
