Does the U.S. have recalls for president and Congress?

Back in my homeland of Hyrule, we accidentally elected Ganondorf as King of Hyrule (he handled it like a school election and voted for him as a joke). After we realized our mistake we just recalled him (You could consider it a Coup d'�tat) and I threw him back into the Sacred Realm. If Americans are so unsatisfied why don't they throw the president and congress into the Sacred Realm? Ganon also appointed Agahnim as judge and we just banished him too.
