Has this affected my brain?

i was abused al ot as a child, i used to smoke weed everyday, i used to take a pack of pro plus a day with 2 litre of coke (about 500mg of caffeine) i also sniffed nail varnish remover and deodorant once and now i get randomly really weird, i get so angry i cant control myself and get so agitated, i also don't feel any remorse what so ever, i always feel i have to better than everyone no matter what! i wont give up on anything until i win! i get quite paranoid which leads to my anger, i also get moments where i couldn't give a **** about any ones feelings, i could kill someone and not care! is something wrong?
