I need a good workout routine website?

I am looking to start to get back to the gym and i am mainly focused on losing about 20 pounds going from 200 to about 170 and then focus on my chest and stomach...I have a little flab on my stomach and my chest is drooping a little dont really have man lol but its def def not tight as I want it could someone give me some ideas on the best ab excerises and also the best chest excersises also what is the best cardio besides running is the bike good? also if anyone knows a good website for a workout rountine and not the fake dumb ones out there please let me know thanks...
