What is the movie where a young black kid sells drugs and is playing b-bal and his friend is shot in the thoat?

All I know is this. This young african american boy is a drug pusher for a gang. He sells drugs and this older black women drug addict asks for some drugs and offers him . He is playing basketball and his friend gets shot in the throat for beating one of the gang members, and it also hits the girl he likes and her foot keeps moving. He hates his sisters boyfriend and sets him up to get murdered. Any ideas?
