Is this a good Pokemon Soul Silver team?

get snorlax higher-those are potentially amazing. they all need more versatile moves: give ampharos a water/ice move to combat ground. give feraligator a ground move to combat gr and electric. Lugia is good (even though its legendary), give typhlosion thunder punch or thunder bolt(depending if his attack or special attack is better), i would drop staraptor, because your already have lugia to fly, and flying types are not versatile enough. Get something electric. Snorlax is great as is. Your team does look great
