Name of an Instrumental Song from the 60s?

Instrumental song probably from the 60s. Uses a really odd instrument throughout the song. Sounds like there is a harp playing briefly in the background in some parts of the song. Towards the end there is a man singing along with the melody. What's the name of the song? Sorry I cannot describe it any better!
